There is also a very good cheese shop area where you can try as many pieces of cheese as you wish before buying, even trying the yorkshire tradition of cheese and christmas cake. we ate at the restaurant which i will review separately. overall a very pleasant and interesting visit. worth a detour. the scenery in the area is also spectacular.
