Big On You Watercolor Background With Markers Technique Patty Stamps Its called aqua wash with markers. this is a very pretty watercolor background technique that can be used with pretty much any stamp set or detailed dies. this technique is super easy and super cool. you'll need the stampin up watercolor paper or shimmery white paper, an aqua painter and some markers in various colors.
