The beatles butcher cover yesterday & today original 3rd state 1966 t 2553 mono. excellent peel job, and the peeled cover is included for added authenticity. the record itself is has scratches and scuffs, but it is in playable condition. none of the seams are split, although the back seam is pretty worn. Excellent, guaranteed original, 1966 rock lp by the beatles entitled "yesterday and today" on capitol records (#2553, mono). this auction includes a second state (ie, unpeeled) and third state (ie, peeled) mono butcher cover, both pressed at the los angeles (code 6) pressing plant. they are beautifully framed with informational engraved plaques. The beatles yesterday and today t 2553 mono, original 1966 pressing on capitol disc weak vg cover cover would normally be graded a g (good bit of cracking on the spine see pics # 4 & #5, tear about 2" long on the back (fortunately not on the front) see pic #6 & #7, there is writing doodles in ink on both the front and the back).
