Parkersburg Team Competes In Statewide Nica Bike Race Nica began as a race organization. over the years, nica has expanded to be inclusive of many stories: from trail stewardship, to girls riding together, to adventure by bike, our programs showcase the depth of our community and initiatives. events, racing, & team practice. girls riding together (grit). It costs $100 to join nica for your annual registration (includes insurance and programming), $30 for our time trial race, and $45 each for each regional event (3). $50.00 for the state championship. if you register for the time trial and 3 regionals, plus the state championship all together in bulk by august 1, 2024 you receive a $40.00 discount.
