Old Fashioned Zucchini Bread Domestically Speaking Preheat oven to 350. beat eggs, add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. sift dry ingredients and add to zucchini mixture. mix until blended. pour into 2 greased loaf pans. bake for 50 60 minutes. we have so many fond memories having this bread….and it’s perfect for a snack or breakfast. Combine eggs, sugar, and oil with mixer on medium low speed. add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon and continue mixing. squeeze moisture out of the grated zucchini, then add to batter with vanilla extract and mix. stir in raisins and nuts by hand. pour batter into your prepared bundt pan and bake at 350°f for 45 minutes.
