Ocbccares Community Shop Ocbc About community shop. we partnered food from the heart to set up the community shop @ mountbatten. while each eligible household can collect 12 items a month, most collect less than that – minimising waste. more than $60,000 worth of food has been collected since the mountbatten shop opened in february 2020.
