Phase 1. if the inverted controls give you difficulty, use the d pad instead of the analog stick. the d pad won't be inverted and for many people including me it's much more intuitive that way. if you hold the jump button, you can move around a lot faster. this will make dodging easier. Make sure you have stinger and use the shotgun. stay close to him and blast his head with the shotgun jump backwards when he attacks with his claws. when he tries to shoot a fireball out of his mouth stinger him and it'll blow up inside his mouth. devil trigger when ever you are maxed you'll restore health, do more damage, move faster.
