Grand Opening Of The Princeton Bridge Of Dreams Fast Epp Princeton’s new bridge officially opened april 15, 2010, on the 95th anniversary of the opening of the historic original kettle valley railroad bridge of dreams. the new 200 foot, hybrid wood steel, covered double span footbridge was a collaboration between fast epp and affiliated design build company structurecraft builders inc. The original "bridge of dreams" was completed in princeton in 1909. the kvr carried passengers through princeton until 1964 and freight until 1989; shortly thereafter the rails were removed. the former kvr rail bed is now part of the trans canada trail system. the two rivers park is part of master plan that was developed in 2007.
