Driveline Vibration After Sye And Cv Driveshaft Install Kienitvc Ac Ke They had warned me beforehand to be prepared for the possibility of needing an sle afterwards due to driveline vibrations, and estimated that it was probably a 50 50 chance that it would be needed. the jeep really drove great before the lift was installed and i did notice some vibration in the drive line after the install, so after driving. So i recently put a 6 inch lift kit on my jeep with a slip yoke eliminator and a new cv driveshaft. after all was said and done, i had a vibration in my drive line and i have no idea what it could be. my dad is saying it could be the pinion angle, and i'm starting to think that, but i've also heard that it could just be new tires wearing in.

This is my first ever post ever considering i just joined a mnute ago. the reason i join is because of the vibration in my 2003 wrangler x. i installed a rough country 6 inch short arm kit, later i will be purchasing the long arm upgrade. i also installed the rugged ridge slip yoke eliminator and an adams custom driveshaft for a 6 inch lift. 10 posts · joined 2009. #1 · mar 25, 2010 (edited) i have an 05 tj jeep wrangler that went from a 2 in lift to a 4 in rough country lift after the original 2 in lift i noticed a slight driveshaft vibration. nothing major i lived with it for several months. i decided to step up to a 4 in lift. once the lift was completed including the transfer. Jul 6, 2023. #8. there are two ways for you to get the angles right. 1. install a slip yoke eliminator and adjust the pinion so that it points towards the transfer case (in line with the drive shaft). 2. remove your lift and lower the jeep. i know you said that option 1 is planned but not in the cards at the moment.
