21 No Sew Diy Crop Top Rachealtaylan Hi friends! in this video, i show a tutorial on how to make a diy crop top. this is quick & easy (and a no sew)!! since my last diy crop top video helped man. T shirt before the cropping. 1. knotted crop top. wearing the t shirt and marking the crop. put your shirt on inside out and mark where you want to crop the shirt on both sides. connecting the marks with a ruler. lay your shirt flat and connect your crop marks in a straight line. cutting the t shirt to make a crop top. Diy crop top no sew. follow the steps above 1 3 then instead of sewing make the hem 5 8 inch (working on the inside of the t shirt) and use fabric glue like aleene’s (or adhesive hem iron on tape) to make your hem secure. if using the iron on hem tape follow directions on the package. if using the fabric glue follow the directions on the package. Instructions. to make a crop top from a t shirt, measure 17” down from the neckband and mark. cut along the line. next, fold the t shirt in half. measure 1 ¼” up from the center front and then cut open. after, measure 1 ¼” away from the center front and chalk mark. draw a quarter circle and cut.
