Reconnect lines. fill and bleed. you're there anyway so might as well get a coolant flush out of the job, and replace any 18 year old cooling system lines components that look suspect. upper radiator hose, lower radiator hose, thermostats, turbo thermostat, degas bottle and hoses, heater core lines, heater core disconnects, turbo coolant lines.
