Case Ih Steiger Rowtrac 450 Tractor Review I bought a used 450 rowtrac with 18" belts in july of last year. i have put 400 hours on the tractor and the hour meter is at 1050 total now. ride is excellent in the field and on the road. no issues with undercarriage or tracks so far. my only complaint ( it is just a nuisance) is the 18 mph road speed. i have a lot of road time.
