After that add all the dry spices and sauté your beef meat well. it will take 5 to 10 minutes for the meat to sauté well. when beef is well sauté and oil comes to side on sides of the pressure cooker then take half cooking oil out of the pressure cooker. now add 3 liter water in pressure cooker and give it pressure for about 40 to 60 minutes.
