Step 1: add the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and dried basil to a large mixing bowl and blend with a whisk. step 2: add the egg, olive oil, and water to a smaller bowl and whisk for 15 seconds. step 3: pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
