Adams Arms Piston 300blk Build R 300blk I only have a pws mk116 mod2 m (in 556) for piston guns but i do love it, along with all of my di 300blk and 556 ar builds i've done over the yrs. i will say, my pws suppresses surprisingly.well for a.556 gun, the piston system.seems.to really.limit the.port pop you get out of the ar platform. Breech is much cleaner, zero gas to the face. have had zero problems with it. no experience with it in 300 blk but if it works as well as the 5.56 i would not hesitate to. i looked at this as an option on my last 300 blk build. i opted for buying the pof usa p415 edge after reading about their piston system.

Piston guns are no more loud than di guns. the excess gas in a di gun vents out the bolt carrier just the same as a piston vents excess gas at the piston cup. i've got a 9" 300 blackout running an adams arms piston kit and it's just as quiet as my buddies 9" di gun running the same can and subs. my gun is definitely less gassy than my buddy's.
