The franklin county community meals program (fccmp) is continuously in partnership with our community to feed our neighbors. we provide meals and home supplies for the food insecure in our community in franklin county, massachusetts. we organize four meal sites in orange, turners falls, greenfield, and northfield, massachusetts.

About us. franklin county community meals program (fccmp) is a non profit 501(c)(3) corporation focused on food access and food security in franklin county. our mission is to work in partnership with the community to alleviate hunger. The franklin county community meals program (fccmp) has been a venture center tenant since 2015 and has served countless meals to franklin county residents over those nine years as they work to alleviate hunger. we spoke to fccmp’s new executive director, valerie hudson, about the challenges and joys of working to feed a growing population. In the early 1990s, the program began offering free lunches to franklin county residents who relied on free or reduced school lunch during the school year, but were left with a lack of resources.
