3 Ingredient Oatmeal Raisin Cookies No Flour Eggs Sugar Butter Or Preheat oven to 350°f (177°c). line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. in a large mixing bowl, combine oats and applesauce. stir with a spatula until all the oats are coated in applesauce and the ingredients are evenly mixed. Fold in dried raisins. stir in any additional spices like cinnamon, all spices, pumpkin spices, or any sweetener you love. stir the 3 ingredient oatmeal raisin cookie batter to combine it evenly. use a small cookie scoop to scoop out golf size ball of dough. press firmly in the scoop, then release on the baking sheet.

In a large mixing bowl, add in almond butter, honey and 1 2 cup of the quick oats (reserving the last 2 tbsp). stir and mix with a spatula until the honey is fully incoproated, the oats are fully coated, and mixture turns into a thick dough. Preheat the oven to 325°f, and line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. drop the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet using a spoon and a spatula, and flatten to about ½” tall using a spatula. (the cookies don’t spread much, if at all!) bake at 325°f for 9 12 minutes.
