You can easily adjust the headlights down using the garage door or a flat wall. i've done this on may lifted vehicles using a tape measure and marking the wall with blue masking tape. its more then just up and down though. headlights need to be aimed left right as well. Determine the type of headlamps you have by looking for the "vol" or "vor" marks at the bottom of the lamps. depending on your headlamp type, the light should either hit the tape or two inches below. for halogen lamps (vor), the beam should be right on the tape. for hid lamps (vol), the beam should be about two inches below the tape.

March 11, 2021. #2. welcome to the forum. there is no separate adjustment for the high beams. as the manual states, the high beam is used only as a reference point to set up the headlamp adjustment. once that has been established, you switch to low beams to make the actual adjustments as per the figure in the manual. Turn the screws clockwise to adjust the headlight inwards and counterclockwise to adjust them outwards. the headlight beam should fall just to the right of the center tapeline. next, block out the adjusted headlight and do the same vertical and horizontal adjustment on the other headlight. fine tune the adjustments.
