National Grief Awareness Week Don T Be Ashamed To Grieve After Losing National grief awareness week 2020 #ngaw20‘how we grieve’everyone experiences grief differently. there is no ‘normal’ or ‘right’ way to grieve. how we react. Child Grief Awareness Week 2020 National grief awareness week aims to provide a supportive space for those experiencing loss. bereavement and loss will happen to us all at some point in our lives and sharing our stories or accessing support can be helpful. we wanted to provide some information for those going through a challenging time. Grief is that emotional state that just knocks you off your feet and comes over you like a wave. grieving necessarily has a time component to it. grieving is what happens as we adapt to the fact. Bereavement and coping with grief forms a key part of the conversation around death and dying. with an increasing recognition of the need to acknowledge these issues, in 2019 the uk is focusing on the subject with the first national grief awareness week. as part of this the art of dying well considers the role of grief and why it’s so.
